Information obligations under the basic data protection regulation
We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the provisions of the Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Data Protection Act. Data collection and processing
We process the personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, function in company and business card) which you make available to us through information, such as in the context of an inquiry or registration or to conclude a contract.
If we have not received the personal data through your information, this data comes from:
- your homepage, trade fair exhibition, trade fair directory, search engines, etc.
Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
Processing of personal data for contract initiation, contract administration and contract fulfilment.
The legal basis of data processing are:
- Contract initiation and performance pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 (b) of the DSGVO.
- Legitimate interest pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1 (b) of the DSGVO, which consists in achieving the above-mentioned purposes.

Use and disclosure of personal data
If you have made personal data available to us, we will only use them to answer your questions, to process contracts and for technical administration.
